It hasn’t been easy to sightsee with the ever-rising temperatures, but we’ve soldiered on with our exploration of Rome since my family joined us on Monday. Yesterday and today, we headed out bright and early and used the tickets we purchased online to visit Palatine Hill, the Roman Forum, and the Coliseum.

Company does that for sure! No internet time, same here....but nice to see the post cards and some photos. Wonderful that you are having family time as well. Sorry it is getting hot again. We are cool here and heading for cool Ireland as well, unless some of the Mediterranean heat heads that way for some unknown reason. I am packing fleece and rain coats, so I hope not! Wow on those sites! I feel for you in the heat (some of us noticeably wilt). That's a lot of sightseeing in two days, but I'm sure you enjoyed it all, despite 91F temps!
